Overview
The signs and symptoms of SIADH are mainly dependent on sodium levels, and the rate at which the level changes. Because the signs and symptoms of hyponatremia occur in many conditions, it's impossible to diagnose the condition based on a physical exam alone.
Physical Examination
Patients with SIADH usually appear with altered sensorium. Physical examination findings of patients with SIADH is remarkable for:
- Headache

- Impaired memory
- Gait instability
- Falls
- Confusion
- Hallucinations
- Dysarthria
- Psychosis
- Seizures
- Hemiplegia
- Limb weakness
- Tremor
- Coma[1]
