Electrocardiogram
EKG may be helpful in the diagnosis of SIADH. Some studies have reported classic Brugada like pattern (downward coving of ST-segment with T wave inversion is present in the anterior precordial leads) in patients with hyponatremia, the EKG changes normalised after the sodium levels were corrected [1]
