Ovarian Dermoid Cyst
- The majority of patients with ovarian dermoid cysts are asymptomatic. They are discovered incidentally on testing for other reasons.
- Large dermoid cysts that may predispose to ovarian torsion may present with acute pelvic pain.[1]
