Lucency in the pelvis with a calcific density (more or less tooth-shaped) at the periphery (arrow). This is classical of a dermoid cyst with tooth. [2]
Intracranial Dermoid Cyst
On skull x-rays, intracranial dermoid cyst is characterized by a focal lucency due to the fatty sebum.[3]
