Symptoms

Ovarian Dermoid Cyst

• The majority of patients with ovarian dermoid cysts are asymptomatic. They are discovered incidentally on testing for other reasons.
• Large dermoid cysts that may predispose to ovarian torsion may present with acute pelvic pain.
