MRI component	Dermoid cyst

T1	Hypointense (due to the water content); or Hyperintense (due to the presence of fatty secretions of sebaceous glands)
T2	Hyperintense
T1 with contrast	No enhancement or mild rim enhancement

Sagittal T1-weighted image shows a hypointense lesion with a hyperintense signal area at the lower end (arrowhead).^[1]
